Dagestani Mujahideen warn about further strikes on Russian enemy targets

Emir Khasan (aka Israpil Velijanov), who was named three months ago as Commander of the Dagestan Sector of the North Caucasus Jihad, has warned that the Riyadh-us-Saliheen Battalion subordinate to him will continue to "inflict horrors" on Russian territory -- an allusion to the Martyr bombings in the Moscow subway in late March in which 40 persons in enemy capital were destroyed.

Those Martyr operations were perpetrated by two women from Dagestan and masterminded by Emir Khasan's predecessor as Emir of Dagestan, Seyfullah al Gubdeni (aka Magomed Vagabov). Emir Seyfullah martyred in terror operation by foreign enemy forces on August 21.

Speaking at a meeting with five lower-level commanders, including the masked leader of the Azerbaijan jamaat, on October 19, Emir Khasan announced the appointments of Khasan, Emir of the Northern Sector, and Salih, Emir of the Central Sector, as his two Naibs (deputies). He also named Essa, a masked and heavily armed fighter present at the meeting, to head the Riyadh-us-Saliheen Martyrs' Battalion. A seven-minute video clip of 'Emir Khasan s address was posted on December, 2, 2010, on the website vdagestan.info.

Emir Khasan also renewed, on behalf of himself and his men, their oath of loyalty to North Caucasus Emirate Emir commander Dokku Abu Usman.

17 US invaders killed while on raid operation against civilians Dec. 01 – As many as 11 invading Americans were reported to have been killed with 6 more terribly wounded in a clash with Mujahideen occurred when the US invading force intended to invade the homes of the innocent non-combatant civilians Yaqoobi, Khost last night (Dec. 01) after about 12:00 am. Landmine blast in Nangarhar kills 2 minions, wounds 3 Dec. 01 - At least five puppets were killed or wounded as a result of blast detonated at their military vehicle Wednesday at around 10:00 am in the province’s Bati Kot district, the report said. Reported by Zabihullah Mujahid

5 puppets killed or wounded when IED hits enemy vehicle Dec. 01 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate in the province’ Sayed Karam district got the enemy ranger vehicle blown apart using IED which left 3 minions dead as well as severely wounding another 2 on Wednesday morning at about 8:00 am local time. Attack on Giro district in Ghazni causes heavy losses on enemy Dec. 01 – Mujahideen attacked the district center of Giro district of Ghazni whit heavy and small arms, inflicting heavy losses on the enemy without knowing how many were killed or wounded, according to the report from the area. District in Kapisa province comes under Mujahideen attack Dec. 01 – In the late night hours of Wednesday, Dec. 01, at about 1:00 am, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate killed launched an attack on the Bulghin district center of Kapisa province, storming the district headquarter with rocket-propelled grenades, missiles and heavy and small automatic machine guns, Mujahideen officials said, adding it is not quite clear how many enemy soldiers were killed and wounded. American tank obliterated in Khan-e Sheen Dec. 01 – A US invaders tank was obliterated by an IED at 10:00 am this morning while coming out of its base in Khan-e-Sheen district’s Diwalak area. All terrorists onboard were killed and wounded. Reported by Qari Muhammad Yousuf Ahmadi

Invaders tank destroyed in Sangin, 2 killed Dec. 01 – At least 2 American terrorists were killed and 2 wounded at 11:00 am when they stepped on an IED in Sangin district’s Gharhgi area located in Sarwan Kala. A few moments later a tank was destroyed, killing and wounding all onboard by a roadside bomb when the invaders convoy came to take away the dead and wounded from the previous blast. Tank destroyed in Zhiri, fighting reported Dec. 01 – Reports from Zhiri district say that heavy fighting and explosions took place in Pashmool and Sang-e-Sar areas through much of yesterday.

Mujahideen say that an IED ripped through US invaders tank, killing and wounding all onboard in Sang-e-Sar area in the afternoon hours yesterday. The wreckage of the tank is still lying at the scene.

Mujahideen add that heavy fighting also took place in Pashmool area nearly all day but the number of killed and wounded invaders is not known although 1 Mujahid was injured in the fighting. Reported by Qari Muhammad Yousuf Ahmadi

4 invaders killed and wounded in Marjah firefight Dec. 01 – At least 2 American terrorists were killed and 2 wounded when Mujahideen attacked their foot patrol at 02:00 pm this afternoon in Marjah’s Haji Khandad Aka Block area. 2 Mujahideen were also injured in the hour long fighting. Reported by Qari Muhammad Yousuf Ahmadi

2 American tanks obliterated in Helmand Nov. 30 – A US tank was destroyed by an IED at 03:00 pm in Khane-Sheen’s Diwalak area. Mujahideen say that half an hour later, another tank was obliterated similarly in the mentioned area. All invaders onboard were killed and wounded but their exact numbers are not known. Reported by Qari Muhammad Yousuf Ahmadi

IED’s annihilate 2 US tanks Nov. 30 – Reports from Sangin district say that a US invaders tank was annihilated by an IED in Charkhakyano Manda area while on a patrol at 09:00 am and the second one was destroyed similarly in the mentioned area at 01:00 pm. All terrorists involved in the blasts were killed and wounded. Reported by Qari Muhammad Yousuf Ahmadi

5 invaders killed and wounded in Marjah firefight Nov. 30 – At least 2 American terrorists were killed and 3 wounded when Mujahideen attacked their foot patrol at 10:00 am in Marjah’s Loe Yazda area. 1 Mujahid was also injured in the 2-hour firefight. Reported by Qari Muhammad Yousuf Ahmadi

Sangin blast claims 3 invaders lives Nov. 30 – At 08:00 am this morning, some 3 American terrorists were killed and another 3 seriously wounded when an IED detonated on their foot patrol in Sangin district’s Sri Gari area located in Sarwan Kala. It is worth mentioning that the barbaric invaders have been conducting a huge operation for the past couple of days in Sarwan Kala, where they have been demolishing civilians homes, trees, fields and water supplies so their tanks can make headway. Indeed we in Al-Qaeda of the Arabian Peninsula congratulate our Ummah of some joyful and surprising news. Allah has granted us the success of downing a UPS plane on Ramadan 25, 1431 (3-9-2010), after its takeoff from Dubai International Airport.

Yes, it was us who downed the UPS plane, but because the enemy's media did not hold us responsible for it, we thought it best to hide the matter until our next strike. We carried out this operation with two devices, one of them sent through UPS and the other through Fedex.

We question why the enemy did not explain what happened to the downed UPS plane. Was it because they were unable to reach a conclusion about the cause of its crash, or was it because Obama Administration chose to hide the facts so that their security failures would not be exposed, especially since the operation was carried out soon before the upcoming midterm elections?

Indian Cow Worshippers martyr 34 innocent Kashmiris in October

In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops, in their continued acts of state terrorism, martyred 34 innocent people including a young boy in the last month of October.

According to the data compiled by the Research Section of Kashmir Media Service, of those martyred one civilian was killed in custody. These killings rendered 2 women widowed and 10 children orphaned.

During the month, 324 people were critically injured when Indian police and troops used brute force, fired bullets and teargas shells against peaceful demonstrators in the occupied territory while 181 civilians, mostly youth, were arrested. The troops disgraced 18 women and destroyed 7 residential houses during the month.

The troops also martyred four more innocent Kashmiri youth at Zachaldara in Handwara area of Kupwara and in Qaimoh area of Kulgam district today, during siege and search operations, which continued till last reports came in.

On the other hand, complete shutdown was observed across the occupied territory for the third successive day, today, call for which was given by veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani, as part of the ongoing Quit Kashmir Campaign. The occupation authorities kept curfew in force in Sopore, Delina, Palhalan and Bandipora towns to prevent people from holding anti-India demonstrations.

Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued in Srinagar strongly denounced the continued illegal detention of Hurriyet leader, Masarrat Aalam Butt at the infamous Cargo Camp of Special Operations Group of Indian police. He said that the authorities were violating the law while dealing with the illegally detained Hurriyet leaders and activists.

Praise be to Allah, the Only and the Enduring, who was not born and did not give birth, and who has no equal. And prayers and peace be upon the highly- praised Prophet, and his family and Companions.

To proceed:

The Almighty said:
"And what is the matter with you that you fight not in the Cause of Allah, and for those weak, ill-treated and oppressed among men, women, and children?"
In response to the call of Allah, and the call of the oppressed Muslim women who are imprisoned at the hands of the worshipers of the Cross in Egypt: Kamilia Shahada and Wafaa Costantine and her sisters; we the soldiers of the Brigade of Martyrs in the Islamic State of Iraq went forth with this action, and our demand is simple and clear:

Our female prisoners who are with your people in Egypt in exchange for your people who are held by us in the church.

And we say to the Vatican:
Just as you met a few days before with the Christians of the Middle East in their different forms to support and aid them, now put pressure upon them to release our sisters, for otherwise death will come to you all, and will bring destruction to all the Christians in the region if you do not deal with this matter.

And know that the era of your solitary oppression and force is finished, for Allah has granted us Jihad, so just as you kill, you will be killed, and just as you imprison you will be imprisoned, and because you made your churches into prisons for the Muslim women, we will make them into graves for you, with the permission of Allah.

So you have forty-eight (48) hours to fulfill our simple and just demand, and if you deny it, then blame only yourselves, and the end will not only be the death of the hostages, instead it will open upon your people a door that you do not wish to open, not only in Iraq, but in Egypt and as-Sham and the other countries of the region.

For you have among us hundreds of thousands of followers, and hundreds of churches, and they will all be our targets if you do not respond.

And peace be upon the one who follows the guidance.

UK and US probe terror risk after Yemen cargo finds

The US and UK are investigating the extent of a terror threat after explosives were found in two packages bound for the US from Yemen.

The packages were found in the UK and Dubai on two overnight cargo planes in transit from Yemen on Friday.

President Barack Obama said the devices were a "credible terrorist threat".

UK Home Secretary Theresa May said experts were trying to establish whether the package found in Britain was "a viable explosive device".

Mr Obama's top counter-terrorism adviser John Brennan said: "The United States is not assuming that the attacks were disrupted and is remaining vigilant."

The discovery of the packages on FedEx and UPS cargo planes triggered security alerts in the US, UK and Middle East. Other planes at US airports were checked because they were thought to contain items from Yemen.

US officials later said that the two packages had been made inert.

The device found in Britain's East Midlands Airport was reportedly an ink toner cartridge that had been modified.

The packages were destined for Jewish places of worship in Chicago, Mr Obama said.

Saudi tip-off

Speaking at a White House press conference late on Friday, President Obama said that "an initial examination of those [two] packages has determined that they do apparently contain explosive material".

"Although we are still pursuing all the facts, we do know that the packages originated in Yemen.

"We also know that al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula - a terrorist group based in Yemen - continues to plan attacks against our homeland, our citizens and our friends and allies."

He stressed that new aviation security measures were being taken in light of the alert by the Department of Homeland Security, "including additional screening".

John Brennan added: "It does appear there were explosive materials in both of the packages. They were in a form that was designed to try to carry out some type of an attack. The initial analysis is that the materials that were found and the device that was uncovered was intended to do harm."

The White House later said Saudi Arabia had provided information that helped identify the threat.

The UK's Daily Telegraph reported that an MI6 officer responsible for Yemen had received a tip-off.

FedEx and UPS suspended all their shipments out of Yemen, saying they would fully co-operate with investigators.

Speaking in London early on Saturday, Mrs May said that "at this stage I can say that the device [found in Britain] did contain explosive material".

"The forensic work continues," she said, adding that the British government's emergency committee, known as Cobra, had met on Friday and would hold another meeting later on Saturday.

"We are reviewing the security measures for air freight from Yemen and are in discussion with industry contacts," she said.

US officials told Associated Press they believed the packages contained PETN (pentaerythritol tetranitrate) - the same powerful explosive used in the failed bombing of a US-bound airliner last Christmas Day. However, the officials said that full testing had not been completed.

US security services remain on a high level of vigilance in the wake of the attempted Times Square bombing in May and the alleged attempted Christmas Day attack.

'Dissecting' Al Qaidah

The blessed raids

Today Al-Qaeda has become a great power, attracting the interests of young Muslims to join and fight alongside them. This movement which has become global and moved very secretly, continues to terrify every Nation, and people who harbor hatred against the revival of Islam will surely exist in accordance with the promise of Allah SWT and the prediction of Rasulullah SAW concerning the end times.

From the mountains of Afghanistan to the exotic continent of Africa, Al-Qaeda has established itself, breaking the concentration of America with resistance all over the world. When the Americans were focused with their Crusader war project in Afghanistan and Iraq, Al-Qaeda executed attacks at the hearts of cities around the world and the regions that became the puppets of the Crusader-Zionist America.

With their global jihad ideology, Al-Qaeda is never too late in responding to the every cry of the oppressed Muslims, the children whose happiness are snatched and the dejected Muslimahs whose honour are insulted. They are present, there in the midst of the Muslims to defend and fight for the rights of the oppressed. It is with this ideology of global jihad too that Al-Qaeda have brought together the hearts that were once disunited due to fanaticism towards own group, ethnicity and mazhab. They are united by a sense of longing for the establishment of the Khilafah Islamiyah and Shaheed in struggling for the pure and noble Dien of Allah. There is no more divider between them, because the common interest is everything.

With a sincere and genuine struggle, it makes the ummah, who are yearning for the revival of Islam, wonder how to join this movement full of barokah (blessings) and support it with all the capabilities that they have. This answer is actually very easy for the people who are honest to the iman (faith) and 'ilm (cognition) that they believe in.

Al-Qaeda is a movement that was born amid the people of Ahlus Sunnah wal jama’ah, so their ideology is an ideology of the people of Ahlus Sunnah wal jama’ah, not any other, placing the ulama's in a position according to their portion and make Al-Qur’an and Sunnah as as a reference in the improvement of the self, society and the world.

In da'wah, calling towards tawheed is the main goal of Al-Qaeda. Inviting to the worship of Allah SWT alone and leaving the concepts that are damaging to the aqeedah of the Muslims which today are named with beautiful names but are heading toward kufr. Therefore, Al-Qaeda very strongly opposes the concepts that are not sourced from Al-Qur’an and Sunnah such as democracy, communism and all that are derived from these two ideas which basically are plunging mankind into destructions.

In the activities of struggling for Islam, Al-Qaeda makes jihad as a most effective means in restoring the light of Islam once again, not through diplomacy with the kafirs who have oppressed the Muslims or by jumping into the valley of dishonor of the parliaments using the manhaj of democracy which gives illusions to its followers.

Al-Qaeda makes jihad as a medium in grabbing back the glory of Islam that has become dim because today the kafirs have obviously imported their mushrik and kafir religion by use of military force, so there is no other choice except to pick up weapons in order to defend the honor of the Muslims. This had been delivered by Sheikh Usamah bin Ladin – Hafidzahullah- in the fatwa he conveyed through the Taujih Manhajiyyah:

“My message to you all, is specifically to rekindle the spirit of jihad and continue the encouragement to conduct jihad, for the purpose of obstructing the great conspiracy which had been planned and developed to confront our ummah specifically, and we have seen some of its phenomenon clearly.”

That's the reason why Al-Qaeda makes Jihad as the method in struggling and of course there are more important reasons i.e. to revive the lost and forgotten obligation of the Muslims, jihad fie sabilillah. Jihad is not an empty words without meaning, jihad has become a word that made Islam in power for many centuries which had caused the kafir and munafiq to try to distort and make bad the callers and activists of jihad who affiliated with Al-Qaeda (the one and only jama’ah that makes jihad as the instrument), with bad nicknames like what know and feel to this day.

So for the Muslims, where ever they are, who want to join Al-Qaeda and become a part of them, they must fulfill the above conditions and criteria, namely having a true tawheed and leaving all objects of worship and concepts that are incompatible with the revelations of Allah SWT and the Sunnah of our noble Prophet, Muhammad SAW.

And subsequently support every jihad activity that defends the honor of the Muslims which had been seized by the kafir and support the jihad that aims at establishing the kalimah of Allah SWT, so that only Allah is worshiped on this earth. The supports could be in the form of physical forces, materials, oral or written words, in fact the most important of all is do'a.

For those who do not agree with what is done by Al-Qaeda, then let them search with an honest heart in Al-Quran and the Sunnah and compare with what is done by Al-Qaeda today. And silence is better than criticizing something we have no knowledge of (due to not receiving guidance).

That's a bit about Al-Qaeda known to this writer, this writer tries to be equitable in seeing the phenomenon of Al-Qaeda and it doesn't have to mean that the writer is claiming to be a part of the blessed organization of Al-Qaeda, very far is this writer from them whose nature is described by Allah SWT as follows:

"O you who have believed, whoever of you should revert from his religion – Allah will bring forth [in place of them] a people He will love and who will love Him [who are] humble towards the believers, powerful against the disbelievers; they strive (conduct jihad) in the cause of Allah and do not fear the blame of a critic. That is the favor of Allah; He bestows it upon whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing." (Q.S. Al-Maidah :54)

Praise be to Allah, Who says: “But indeed if any do help and defend themselves after a wrong (done) to them, against such there is no cause of blame.” [Ash-Shura: 41] Peace and prayers be upon His gracious Messenger, and his family and his Companions.

By the grace of Allah, one of our companies of Mujahideen has successfully arrested General Muhammad Salah Al-Hassam, the Deputy Director of Political Security in Saada on the 16th of Ramadan 1431 H, which corresponds with August 26th 2010. He has been managing spy agencies against the Muslims for twenty years. He terrorised the people, and raided the homes of peaceful people. He kidnapped some religious students from Dar Al-Hadeeth in Dammaj and unjustly and maliciously put them away in the Political Security prisons.

If the apostate government is interested in the well being of its spies, then it has no choice but to release the brothers Hussain Al-Tayys and Mashhoor Al-Ahdal within 48 hours of the publishing of this announcement.

We point out that the brothers Hussain Al-Tayys and Mashhoor Al-Ahdal were detained by the Shiite Houthis at one of their check points in Joof. After that, the Houthis delivered them to the Director of Political Security in Saada (Yahya Al-Morani) according to the confessions of the Deputy Director of Political Security, who is being incarcerated by us.

Mujahideen attack compound of Russian main puppet's 'parliament' in Chechen capital

Occupation sources report a small squad of Mujahideen burst into the puppet parliament building in the Avtorkhanov district of capital Jokhar on Tuesday.

According to preliminary data, a martyr bomber first detonated an explosive device, and then a Mujahid squad of three men broke into the building.

The invaders and local puppets report conflicting information about the incident. Reports say 4 of Kadyrov's puppet policemen were killed. No accurate data available on how many members of Kadyrov's "parliament" and other puppet were killed and wounded in the attack.

There is no accurate data on what exactly happened in the building of the "parliament". The invaders and puppets claim that the Mujahideen were killed immediately. However, according other evidence the fight was proceeded for about an hour. Some sources reported gunfire is still going on.

Sources say that when "deputies" in their cars drove to the "parliament", they were followed by a car with the Mujahideen. One of the Mujahideen had blew himself up and three others broke through the building, a fierce fight occurred.

According to other information, 4 Mujahideen broke into the building, and there was no explosion. The Mujahideen squad entered the building shot all that were present inside the "parliament.

As usual in such cases, the invaders and puppets convey confusing information about what happened.

It is claimed for example, that a squad of Mujahideen was allegedly blocked in a room and then they were all killed. However, the nature of the attack on Kadyrov's "parliament" does not imply the possibility of "blocking" the Mujahideen, as it clearly a martyr operation and no one of them was going to keep defense in the building.

A duty version that "Kadyrov arrived on the scene and personally supervised the operation" is also announced. The same tale was reported after the Mujahideen attacked Kadyrov's lair, the village of Khosi-Yurt (aka Tsentoroi).

Kadyrov, in turn, repeated the same thing he said after the attack of the Mujahideen in Khosi-Yurt. According to his version, a squad of Mujahideen that attacked the parliament was immediately eliminated "in 15 minutes". The Russian stooge announced that the Mujahideen "were finished off by 6 special policemen". "None of members of parliament were injured, they were evacuated", said the puppet.

He also "clarified" the number of casualties, saying that "2 policemen and a steward were killed". Kadyrov gave this entire "summary" by a telephone conversation with Putin, who "called Kadyrov to ask what happened".

However, one of Kadyrov's police chieftains, Edilov, denied his boss. He said 4 puppet policemen were killed and 10 wounded during the attack of the Mujahideen. In this case, according to Edilov, 2 Mujahideen were blew themselves up and 2 were fighting.

Meanwhile, the seriousness of the incident in capital Jokhar indicated by the fact that the ringleader of "Interior Ministry of Russia", Nurgaliyev, has urgently arrived in the city and held an "emergency meeting" with Kadyrov.

According to some reports a Kadyrov's "speaker", Dukvakha Abdurakhmanov, was in the parliament building during the attack. It is claimed that he managed to escape from the building and survived.

KC sources, meanwhile, reported that armored vehicles are stationed at the entrance to the capital Jokhar. The city is sealed off. Roadblocks are placed on the perimeter of Jokhar. The residents of Jokhar prefer to stay in their homes. Armored vehicles are moving in the streets of the city.

KC source has also reported about a powerful explosion rocked the neighborhood Ipodromny in the morning at about 8:50 am. After the explosion a hour-long fierce fighting is reported to have been taken place. No accurate data available on had actually happened there.

Praise be to Allah, Who said: “It is those who believe not in the Signs of Allah, that forge falsehood: it is they who lie!” [An-Nahl: 105]. And prayers and peace upon His noble Messenger and upon his family and his Companions.

Every day, the regime in Sanaa hits us with its media outlets and false sources in the Ministry of the Interior, claiming imaginary victories to cover its defects, weakness and fear, which became apparent to everyone near and far thanks to the blessed Mujahideen attacks throughout those parts of the country that complain about this regime’s oppression, corruption and treason in exposing the country to the Crusader Americans from the air, ground and sea.

In order to improve their image with their American and crusader masters, to recover some of their respect, and try to save the honour that the lions of monotheism have rubbed in the mud, they claim that they have launched wide-scale raids in Southern Yemen and specifically in Lodar. They also claim that they arrested dozens of Mujahideen; this is what they hope, not what they have done! They are weaker than that, and praise be to Allah Who turned their schemes around upon themselves.

The truth of what happened is that they captured one brother – Brother Jaber Al-Fifi, may Allah release him – who was on a Jihadist mission, during which he was forced to abandon his weapon due to some security concerns. Anything more than that comes from their lies that they are addicted to.

We give Glad Tidings to our Muslim Ummah that the Mujahideen with the help of Allah are advancing with their Jihad, until Allah makes His religion manifest and makes His Shariah victorious. We proclaim that the wheel of Jihad and change is accelerating thanks to Allah and the sacrifices of the heroes, and the blood of the free.

By The Mujahid Sheikh Osama bin Laden May Allah protect him

All praise be to Allah, and peace and prayers be on our Prophet Muhammad, and his family and his Companions and those who follow him righteously.

To proceed:

My Muslim nation, peace be upon you, and the Mercy of Allah, and His Blessings.

My topic is about the floods of Pakistan, and the method of saving tens of thousands of its children, and the way to minimise its dangers as best we can, with the permission Allah.

The size of the catastrophe of the floods in Pakistan is enormous, and the complications which have occurred continue to increase. Millions of Muslims are suffering very badly, and tens of thousands are still at risk of death. The response should have been as great from the beginning of the catastrophe, as big as the disaster itself, especially from those best able to help: such as Turkey, the Gulf states and Malaysia. It is regrettable that up until this point, there hasn't been a suitable response, in terms of rescue work and how to deal with the catastrophe, and there has been an obvious shortage on the part of the media.

There have been some efforts put into showing the extent of the floods, but they have not been sufficient for the scale of the crisis. We in this case don't blame the television channels, which have adopted propaganda for the ruler and magnifying his image as their primary role - that's why they exist. Their role in saving life in such great catastrophes is not so important to them.

But those channels should have sought to perform their duty and improve their standards in the face of such a crisis:
Twenty million Muslims were in a state of constant crisis, and tens of millions were damaged indirectly, as a result of one fifth of the total area of Pakistan being submerged, and the area which was submerged was the crop-producing region, which will lead to a huge shortage in food and could cause widespread famine.

This event was one of the most serious of all the catastrophic events in the past century, so the leaders of the people should have dealt with it in conjunction with the leaders of media channels, but this did not happen.

Also, wouldn't it have been appropriate for the leaders of our nations to fight to go to Pakistan - before the United Nations' Secretary General travelled from the far West a month after the event? In spite of the many animosity-filled stances against our nation of his organisation, and with no ties between him and the Muslims of Pakistan, neither in terms of religion nor kinship. He only came because he had to, as part of his job, only to take a ride with his plane around the affected areas, and he was stunned by what he saw. He stated that he has never seen a catastrophe on that scale in his life.

Meanwhile the Arab leaders never came, in spite of the fact the are a shorter distance away, and their claims of brotherhood, as well as the amount of time they spend in Pakistan in good times rather than bad.

My Muslim nation:

The soul of one Muslim, man or woman, old or young, is of very important value for Allah the Exalted. And this importance means we must also take care, the reports of the concerned organisations point to the possibility of the death of tens of thousands of children. This means many Muslim souls will receive no care either from the government of Pakistan or the governments of the Islamic world, if we as a nation don't realise the size of the catastrophe and the amount of shortage present in dealing with it. This realisation can only come from hearing and seeing (for ourselves).

It was necessary to photograph it from ground-level, as well as from above by aeroplanes on a daily basis, and to follow the route of the floods from the valleys, to record its effects on villages and the buildings, from the (geographical) top of Pakistan down to the bottom.

This would show the true size of the floods, with all its effects and repercussions both vertically and horizontally, and accordingly, it would allow the people to see how big the catastrophe's repercussions were on day-to-day life.

This would help the responsible people to do what is required, to tackle those issues requiring instant intervention. These include: organising the required equipment to evacuate those stranded and cut-off by the water, as well those likely to be stranded, as well as organising food and drink, as well as housing and tents, providing psychological and health care, and assessing the agricultural affairs front and its repercussions.

On the engineering matters front in all its fields which are related, safety regulations need to be reconsidered considering safety and security on roads, bridges and dams. In this way we can learn from this, and take precautions to help deal with such events in this region, and others where people live beside rivers and in valleys.

Government leaders should have visited the affected areas, to see what precautions to help those who live beside rivers and in valleys in their own countries. In this way people can see for themselves if the rescue work of the nations is real and serious and proportional to the scale of the disaster, or less than it should be.

My Muslim nation:

The main responsibility for the poor response to their catastrophe lies first and foremost with those who occupy the sources of power: the judiciary, executive and legislative branches.

Law-makers are making laws away from Allah's governance, they have dismissed those senior judges who rule by the rule of Allah for giving verdicts according to Shariah and in opposition to what the ruler wishes. The wielding of executive power is limited to the personal whims of the ruler too. Even the media, except in the rare occasions, is as well.

Responsibility for the crisis corresponds to the amount of power, without forgetting the unjust limits they place on where voluntary work could be carried out, dictated by Washington, but which only apply to poor, weak Muslims.

In short, as the world is going through enormous climate change, where the number of casualties is even more in many instances than the number of the casualties of wars. So in the same way that media organisations have war correspondents, every major channel should have an dedicated crew, which consists of a team of experts, especially in the areas of administration, rescue, medicine, agriculture, civil engineering and irrigation.

They should start moving instantaneously in the first few hours after an event, to provide a true integrated image to the people with all its dimensions, and for each one to give detailed reports in their specialist field about the impact on daily life in the affected area, and to suggest ways to avoid such a disaster being repeated.

These things can be done to prevent future disasters, with the permission of Allah:

Creating sand barriers on the banks of the rivers, from the top of Pakistan to its bottom, ensuring the material used is according the followed practises and procedures in road construction. Two sand walls on the sides of a river would cost around 2% of the material cost which was caused by the flood let alone the lives lost and human suffering. The details of dams and their attachments are well known by specialised engineers, such as the height and distance from the rivers' sides, as would be required in the new circumstances after the flood.

Also we warn others of a matter that is one of our weakest points, and a cause for scarcity and lateness of rescue aid. It is the tendency towards hateful, narrow nationalism, as

The great financial wealth found in the Arabia Peninsula, is Muslim money. The Muslim oil is for all the Muslims, but in reality, some of it is being taken unfairly, and is spent in the wrong place, and is wasted without accountability.

Meanwhile many Muslims are being subjected to floods, famine, disease, hunger, ignorance, and are actually dying!

And there is no power or might except from Allah!

So the rescue of Muslim souls as swiftly and efficiently as possible has several important prerequisites.

First:

The presence of an administration that is able to efficiently cope with the events with experience and jealousy in their defence of, and feeling for, the blood of the Muslims. This is not available in most of the official workers of the nations, but only in some men who are volunteering for Allah' sake in the unpaid voluntary field, and in some company managers, who are well known to be good administrators and fast and efficient performers.

Men such as those are able - with the permission of Allah - to establish and run systems that deal with the crisis in the best manner. It is known that these elements are available in some Muslim countries. Some of them have great experience in relief work in Pakistan, from the days of aiding the Afghan immigrants. Some of them are Red Crescent managers in Saudi Arabia, and in Kuwait.

Second:

The availability of huge financial resources.

Third:

The availability of people who are jealous in their defence of the souls of Muslims in volunteer groups and there are many of those by the grace of Allah in Pakistan.

Fourth:

The availability of Turkish, Arab, Malaysian and other volunteers, to help their brothers and comfort them, and make sure the aid is delivered to all those who are affected, and to participate in transferring the details of the disaster to other Muslims, of the size of the catastrophe so that it can be dealt with. Volunteers should be jealous in their defence of the blood of the Muslims, and motivated to take action by the hadith of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him: "He who runs to help the widow and the poor is like a Mujahid in the path of Allah" (Agreed upon)

Before I finish, I remind my Muslim brothers that the Islamic crescent - from Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, the Muslim parts of India, Kashmir, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq and Turkey - make of a large portion of the Ummah, and are the first line of defence against the enemies in the east and north, and it's by the grace of Allah, and after that by the Muslims in Afghanistan, who received all kinds of support from Pakistan, that we stopped the red invasion, thirty years ago.

And it's by the grace of Allah, and after that by this Islamic crescent, that we will stop all greedy enemies in the future, though they are numerous.

To conclude:

I ask Allah the Exalted to lighten the burden on Muslims in Pakistan from what they're suffering, and to have mercy on their elders and women and children, and to give support to His worshippers, and whoever gives a hand of support to them.

And I ask Him (Bountiful and Majestic) as well to have mercy on their dead, and to heal their wounded, and give shelter to those who are homeless, for Allah has the power to do all that.

"Our Lord! Give unto us in the world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and guard us from the punishment of the Fire" [Surah al-Baqarah: 201]

May Allah send prayers upon our prophet Muhammad, and his family, and his Companions in their entirety.

And our final prayer is that all praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.

Pope attacks Islam, calling to fight the religion of Allah

Pope Benedict XVI urged Christians to fear Islam, according to the Aljazeera.

In his speech at the conference of Catholic bishops, he said: "The rise of political Islam in the Middle East poses a threat to Christians in the Arab world and must be faced down together".

Benedict did not stop at his calls for a war against Islam. In his speech before the Holy Synod of Bishops in the Middle East, he attacked the very religion of Islam, calling it a "false divinity", in which dominates a "terrorist ideology".

He added: "... they make violence apparently in the name of Allah: These are false divinities that must be unmasked".

Benedict also said: "... false divinities have money, which makes man a slave and fully control him, instead he is driven by them, for which he suffers and sometimes dies".

In his speech, delivered in the context of attacks on Islam, the pope reminded of drugs: "Drugs that destroy the whole earth, and a lifestyle that contributes to the spread of this public opinion, where marriage does not count and chastity is no longer a virtue" .

Benedict did not elaborate on what Islam have to do with drugs, which according to the Sharia are strictly prohibited and severely punished, and on what basis the pope is trying to link Islam to the total demoralization of the family in the Christian world and the complete degradation of a human being, which brings the people in the West to the state of an animal.

A two-week conference of the Holy Synod of Bishops under the slogan "The Catholic church unity and witness in the Middle East" with the participation of ministers and experts who will focus on the future of Christians in the Middle East is to be held this year.

The patriarch of the Coptic Catholic Church, Anthony Naguib, said: "Since 1970, we have witnessed the rise of political Islam in the region, which has affected Christians, especially in the Arab world, and seeks to impose the Islamic way of life on all citizens".

"We must face together this threat" (the "threat" of Islam), he added.

He also declared that "the difficulties in the relations between Christians and Muslims generally arise when Muslims do not distinguish between religion and politics, on this basis, Christians sense an uneasiness".

We would like to point out in this connection that the religion of Islam clearly indicates that the "difficulties", which the Christian priest spoke about, will exist until the Day of Judgment, and Islam is a way of life and a comprehensive system of the life order by the Lord of the Worlds, before Whom no one have privileges, except in piety. All other religions and ideologies only serve the interests of those in power, imposing worship of creatures instead of the worship of the Creator, and inventing their own laws and practices, which is a direct act of rebellion against the Lord of the Worlds.

Inspire Magazine by Al Qaeda : 2nd Issue now released!!!

Al Qaeda have today released the 2nd issue of their English language magazine "Inspire". I have not yet got to read it but looking through it, it appears that it is of the same great standard that issue 1 was and it contains many interesting articles.

Saudi regime moved to a new stage of fight against Islam

After the Saudi King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz began to implement a so-called "tolerant Islam", the fight against the religion of Allah in Saudi Arabia sharply intensified.

It is to be recalled that one of the steps in this direction was the opening under the personal order by King Abdullah and under his direct patronage, of a so-called "International Technological University" in Jeddah, with mixed education of men and women in western-style with all the charms of "civilized" debauchery - discos, night clubs, uniforms, etc.

After a member of the Supreme Council of Ulema, Sheikh Saad al-Shitrit, dared to question the correctness of the King's decision on the introduction of mixed education in the new college, he was immediately dismissed.

Meanwhile, this practice had no precedent in Saudi Arabia before 2009, and until now mixed education is banned under the law of the kingdom by the Ministry of Education. The mixed education is prohibited by the Sharia.

In early 2009, the Saudi regime has taken several steps that pushed Islam out of the education system. These steps have been taken by the authorities of Saudi Arabia under pressure from the EU and the US that demand "to democratize Islam"

The following message has been reported in the press in February 2009 -

Saudi King Abdullah's "cleansing" in the ranks of the religious establishment of the country that are considered "conservatives and fundamentalists", is seen by pro-western experts as a "bold step towards reform" in the kingdom.

"The objective is very clear: to reduce the influence of the religious establishment over the legal and educational systems," Mustafa Alani, of the Dubai-based Gulf Research Center, told Reuters.

King Abdullah announced on February 14, 2009, the first major government reshuffle since assuming the throne in August 2005. He replaced the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, "accused" by pro-Western leaders of "blocking reforms", and the head of the powerful religious police, the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice.

The shakeup also touched upon the influential Council of Ulema (Muslim scholars) and the consultative Shura Council, in which had been appointed new members, some ministries and departments.

The new minister of information has become the first ambassador of Saudi Arabia in Moscow, Abdulaziz Khoja.

Pro-Western leaders welcomed King's steps on "sweeping" the rankg of "old guard", calling it a "revolution".

Commentators and experts believe that the major shakeup was induced by alarm bells recently rung by the West.

"The judicial sector (i.e. Sharia provisions - KC) had begun to embarrass the government, especially in the outside world, - says Fahd al-Shaafi, a Saudi political analyst. - It was hard to deal with because religious doctrine and political legitimacy are so intertwined here".

Meanwhile, according to a source of the AzanNews in Saudi Arabia, last week the Ministry of Information of Saudia, within the framework of the execution of an order of the King, blocked access to largest Islamic websites. Among are the Islam: Q & A by Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Solih al-Munajjid, the website IslamWay, which is the biggest website that contains lessons and fatwas of scholars, the website IslamWeb, and many others.

The reason for the closure is disobeying a recent order by the king, who ordered to restrict the right to issue fatwas only to members of the so-called "Standing Committee on Fatwa", since all these websites have sections on Fatwa.

After that, major websites that are accessed by every simple Muslim in matters of religion came under attack.

Meanwhile, secularists and atheists in newspapers and on the Saudi Arabian TV continue quietly to express their views on important matters of religion, deceiving ignorant Muslims, and no attempts have been made by the Saudi regime to restrict them from doing so.

Also remain freely accessible websites which defame Islam, promoting pornography and the like.

At the same time, attacks on scientists who are "not obeying" the orders of the king and continue to explain to the people the issues of religion, and appeals to take action on them, became more frequent in the Saudi press.

It is to be recalled that earlier, the King of Saudi Arabia imposed a strict ban on publication of religious orders to all, except for a limited number of scientists, and drew particular attention to the fact that some of them issue fatwas on the basis of "old views".

Slandering Duaat

Something which is quite common amongst the Muslims today is the slandering of those who are calling to Islam such as the Duaat and even the Ulaama. This is something which is very common amongst certain groups in particular but also amongst the Muslims in general.

Opposing someone and what they say is perfectly legitimate and indeed compulsory if they are spreading falsehood and you are able to refute them. But refuting to slander and heresy is not allowed. The following is a fatwa from Sheikh Ibn Baz on the issue and we would urge in particular those who are loudest in claiming to be his followers to take heed of it, as they are sometimes the worst in regard to this issue.

Question:

In recent days there has been a lot of slander against those who call people to Islam (daa’iyahs) and dividing them into groups and categories. What is your opinion on that?

Answer:

Praise be to Allaah.

Allaah has enjoined justice and good treatment of others, and He has forbidden wrongdoing, hatred and enmity. Allaah sent His Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) with the same message as He sent all the Messengers, namely the call to Tawheed and to worship of Allaah alone. He commanded him to establish justice and forbade him to do the opposite, i.e., to worship anything other than Allaah, to cause division and to transgress against the rights of others.

In these days it has become very common that people who claim to have knowledge and to be calling people to good slander many of their brothers among the well-known daa’iyahs, and they talk about the seekers of knowledge, daa’iyahs and lecturers. They do that in secret in their own gatherings, but it may be recorded on tapes that are distributed among the people, and they may do it openly in public lectures in the mosques. This behaviour goes against the commands of Allaah and His Messenger in several ways.

1 – It is a transgression against the rights of the Muslims, and against the elite of the people, namely the seekers of knowledge and daa’iyahs who are striving to make the people aware and to teach them and correct their beliefs and practices, and to organize lessons and lectures, and to write beneficial books.

2 – It splits the Muslims and causes division in their ranks. They are the most in need of unity and they need to keep away from division, discord and too much gossip amongst themselves, especially when the daa’iyahs who are being slandered are from among the Ahl al-Sunnah wa’l-Jamaa’ah who are well known for their opposition to bid’ah (innovation) and myth, and for standing up against those who promote such things, and for exposing their plots and tricks. We see no benefit to be gained by such actions, except for the enemies who lie in wait for opportunities to harm the Muslims, such as the kaafirs, hypocrites and followers of bid’ah and misguidance.

3 – This action offers support and help for the self-serving among the secularists, westernizers and other heretics who are well known for stirring up trouble among the daa’iyahs and telling lies against them, and inciting people against them in their writings and recordings. It is contrary to Islamic brotherhood for those who are too hasty to help their enemies against their brothers among the seekers of knowledge, daa’iyahs and others.

4 – This spreads corrupts ideas in the hearts and minds of the common folk and elite; it spreads and propagates lies and false rumours, and causes a great deal of backbiting and slander. It leaves the door wide open to evil people who persist in spreading doubts and stirring up fitnah, and who are keen to cause harm to the believers by accusing them of things that they did not do.

5 – Much of what is being said has no basis in reality; rather these are illusions which the Shaytaan has made attractive to them, through which he has tempted them. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“O you who believe! Avoid much suspicion; indeed some suspicions are sins. And spy not, neither backbite one another…”[al-Hujuraat 49:12]

The believer should interpret what his Muslim brother says in the best possible way. One of the salaf said: Never think of something that is said by your brother as being bad when you still find room for a good interpretation.

6 – Whatever ijtihaad is produced by some scholars or seekers of knowledge, in areas where ijtihaad is permitted, the author of said ijtihaad cannot be blamed or rebuked for it, so long as he is qualified to engage in ijtihaad. If someone else has a different opinion, it is better for him to debate with him in a proper manner, striving to reach the truth via the shortest route and leaving no room for the insinuating whispers of the Shaytaan or for him to cause trouble among the believers. If that is not possible, and someone thinks that he has no choice but to explain what is wrong with his ijtihaad, then he should choose the best wording and the most subtle way of explaining, and not resort to attacking, slandering or going to extremes in criticizing him, which may cause others to reject the truth or to turn away from it. He should also avoid criticizing specific people, casting aspersions upon their intentions or saying unnecessary or irrelevant things about them. In such cases the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) would say, “What is the matter with some people who say such and such…?”

The advice I offer to these brothers who have fallen into the sin of slandering the daa’iyahs is to repent to Allaah for the things that they have written or said that may have corrupted the hearts of some youth and filled them with hatred and grudges, and kept them from seeking beneficial knowledge or from calling people to Allaah by making them preoccupied with gossip and talking about this one and that one, and seeking out faults for which they could criticize people, and going to extremes in doing that.

I also advise them to offer expiation for the things that they have done by writing and other means that they think they should not have done, and to remove from people’s minds the wrong ideas they may have given them. They should focus on fruitful actions which will bring them closer to Allaah and will be beneficial to people, and they should beware of being too hasty to accuse people of kufr, fisq and bid’ah without any clear evidence or proof. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever says to his brother ‘O kaafir!’ one of them will be deserving of that description.” (Saheeh, agreed upon).

It is prescribed for those who call others to the truth and for seekers of knowledge, if they are uncertain about something said by a scholar or anyone else, to refer to the prominent scholars and to ask them, so that they can explain the facts of the matter to them and remove the confusion and doubt from their minds, in accordance with the words of Allaah in Soorat al-Nisaa’ (interpretatiuon of the meaning):

“When there comes to them some matter touching (public) safety or fear, they make it known (among the people); if only they had referred it to the Messenger or to those charged with authority among them, the proper investigators would have understood it from them (directly). Had it not been for the Grace and Mercy of Allaah upon you, you would have followed Shaytaan (Satan), save a few of you”
[al-Nisaa’ 4:83]

And Allaah is the One Whom we ask to reform all the Muslims and to unite their hearts in taqwa and to bring the scholars of the Muslims and those who call to the truth together in doing that which pleases Him and will benefit His slaves. May He unite them in following guidance and protect them against all the causes of division and dissent; may He support the truth through them and humiliate falsehood through them, for He is the One Who is able to do that. May Allaah bless our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions, and those who follow his guidance until the Day of Resurrection.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

Nine years ago, the brutal Americans attacked Afghanistan in contradiction of all human and moral norms, under the leadership of the most disgustful president G. W. Bush in the name of furthering the Crusade. At the outset, no one believed that the Afghans, who had already passed through hardships because of long wars, would ever be able to confront the attack launched by the most arrogant and highly-trained forces of the 21st century.

Based on these predictions, former US Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfield, who was wallowing in his wishful delusions due to his arrogance, announced the end of the American military operations after six months of the invasion, thinking that the Afghans’ capability to face the invaders have come to and end.

But today, 9 years after that announcement, the strongholds of Jihad and resistance against the invading Americans and their allies are as strong as ever. Every day, tens of foreign invaders lose their lives. Throughout the past nine years, neither they have been able to implement their empty slogans nor could they stop the Jihadic activities of the Muslim Afghans. During that period, the invading Americans spent hundreds of billions of dollars in order to continue this illegitimate war; lost thousands of soldiers, with tens of thousands of them being injured, and faced heavy losses in terms of military hardware, but now after all that, they have only reached the conclusion to admit to the American public and to the public of the world that the current year 2010 was the most fatal year for the foreign forces. Nothing new they offered.

The invading Americans and their coalition allies have put to use all their military and economic capability to maintain their brutal occupation over Afghanistan and bring it to a successful end. Even they implemented different strategies; appointed the most sophisticated and veteran generals and launched various conspiracies with the help of their surrogates to stymie the popular resistance but, all that notwithstanding, we can make a cursory comparison regarding the achievements of both sides of the wars on this occasion of the ninth anniversary of the Americans invasion of Afghanistan as under:

1. All American rulers including Obama are disappointed of the results of the war in Afghanistan.

2. Internal differences have arisen among the rulers of the White House regarding the poor results of the failed Afghanistan war.

3. A number of coalition countries have pulled out of the military mission in Afghanistan because of the prolongation of the failed nine-year long war and the emergence of the atmosphere of lack of confidence.

4. All Americans and NATO military strategies have failed in face of the resistance of the Mujahideen.

Last but not least, the American arrogance and reputation plummeted at world level in view of the fact that the highly-trained American and NATO forces failed to wipe out the resistance of the empty-handed Afghan Mujahideen. Similarly, the American economy faced unprecedented melt-down.

Now the Achievement of the Mujahideen:

1. Mujahideen have control over 75% of land in Afghanistan according to the admission made by the Americans.

2. Mujahideen are able to target all American military bases, ranging from the gates of the presidential place to the Bagram military Base, to Kandahar and Nangarhar airports etc.

3. The public of the world, particularly the people of Afghanistan, have enhanced their support to the current Islamic resistance against the invaders.

4. Mujahideen now control all high ways of the country.

5. Mujahideen have obtained (new) military experiences and capability in killing and wiping out the American invaders.

On the basis of the above comparative statement, now every one can predict the Americans and their allies chance of success in Afghanistan. Only the confused rulers of the White House, due to their arrogance and stubbornness, are bent on continuing the occupation of Afghanistan and adding to the sufferings of the miserable Afghans.

Considering defense of the territorial integrity of the Islamic country and Jihad against the invading Americans as an Islamic obligation, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan advises the confused American rulers: come to yourselves and have mercy on your people by immediately pulling out of Afghanistan. The Mujahid Afghans consider every sacrifice including martyrdom at the strongholds of Jihad and defense as a pride, even now after nine years of continuous Jihad and resistance. However, the American people will not have the patience to see corpses of their dead soldiers who have lost their lives for the protection of the personal interests of the American capitalists.

“Those who have done wrong, will soon know how ( bad) come-back they will have (at the doomsday)” Al-Quran.

All praise be to Allah, we thank Him, and seek His assistance, and seek forgiveness from Him, and we ask Allah to protect us from the evil of our deeds and the sins of our making, He whom Allah guides can never be misguided, and He whom Allah doesn't guide will never find Guidance.
I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, alone with no partners, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

To proceed:

My Muslim nation:

Peace be upon you, and the Mercy of Allah, and His blessings.
I congratulate you on the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan, the month of Quran, the month of fasting and elongated night prayers, the month of alms giving and jihad, let's put effort into worshipping, and more effort into staying away from whatever deviates from our remembrance of Allah, Glorified and Exalted.

My Muslim brothers:

What our nation is going through by way of great climate changes and its effects in terms of the catastrophes and great natural disasters that have taken place in many Islamic countries, it is not sufficient any more to accept what has been done in terms of rescue work as it has been done in the past. Even though tents, food and medicine are arriving when required, the scale of the disasters needs much more than what's being presented, in terms of quantity, quality, type and timing.

We need a huge change in the method of rescue work, as while the number of victims of current climate change is very high, the numbers will greatly increase in the future, according to studies. The number affected are greater than those affected by war, for which countries enroll the strongest of men and assign them into training programs using up a large portion of their budget.

What the countries in the region have spent up until now is in the region of 100,000 Euros per year, and this has had no effect on situation of the Palestinians, while dealing with the rescue work is considered even less important: what is spent on relief doesn't even come close to the amount that is spent maintaining their armies. If only 1% of those budgets had been spent in honesty and with experience for the last decade on rescue work, the face of the earth would have been different for the poor, and their circumstances would likewise be very different.

What we are experiencing today, with large part of the earth suffering drought especially in Africa, while floods ravage other regions, costing thousands of lives to be lost in just a few days Pakistan alone, not to mention the fact that millions of people were made homeless and were displaced.

This requires that those with kind hearts, and men of will, move in a determined manner to swiftly assist their Muslim brothers in Pakistan. As this disaster is huge and is indescribable, it requires a huge aid effort, so elect from amongst yourselves someone to come and see the situation on the ground for you. Have you not seen the Muslim Pakistani brother who was up to his chest in water, with his hands held up holding his two children who were between the ages of 5 and 6? Or haven't you heard those women begging you, by the name of Allah, Glorified and Exalted, to come and rescue them?

Therefore everyone who is capable of aiding the Muslims in Pakistan, he must recognise the severity of this affair for the Muslims: millions of children are now surviving in the open: deprived of the most basic necessities of life, including clean drinking water, which makes them highly susceptible to numerous serious diseases, and which causes them to lose fluids and causes dehydration, which contributes to a very high infant mortality rate. I ask Allah the Exalted to lighten the burden on them, and the have mercy on them.

Due to the increasing effects of the disasters occurring due to climate change, the response shouldn't be only to give emergency aid, but rather to create a specialised aid organisation, which has enough knowledge, experience and energy to enable it to deal efficiently with the great effects of climate changes which are rapidly increasing. This organisation should bear many responsibilities and great duties which require the combined efforts of the sincere.

One of its duties would be, for example, to make a study of those communities situated next to rivers, and in valleys and finding ways to prepare them for the effects of climate change. What happened recently in the city of Jeddah as a result of the floods, was to be expected for a very simple reason: that the city of Jeddah and many like it are not only located in valleys but also because many establishments and residential areas are built upon a poorly-drained area.

I am not trying to assign blame for this disaster, that must be dealt with separately, but I am merely stating the facts, so that we avoid this happening again in the future, and to find radical solutions to dangers that may threaten people's lives. We should review the safety standards and regulations for all of our dams and bridges.

Second:

We must do what's necessary for those countries which are hit by famines, occurring as a result of war or climate change. As we often know of an imminent famine one year or more in advance, any delay in supplying necessary aid may result in huge number of casualties especially amongst children. He who survives death couldn't avoid having a weak body,and weak mental capabilities, as a result of malnutrition.

Third:

We must create development projects in those afflicted and underdeveloped areas. There's a great chance to establish these projects, as in general they would only require limited expenses, for example building canals and dams in the countries where there's seasonal rain such as Sudan, Chad, Somalia and Yemen. From my past experience in Sudan before, one dam was able to irrigate tens of thousands of hectares of land which meant tens of thousands of people could return. And the cost of this project, including all the canals would be around 250,000 Euros, give or take a little, based on the availability of construction materials.

Fourth:

We must work towards building food security. The reports state that if even one of the major wheat exporting countries were to stop exporting, due to some disaster of their own, the result would be many deaths due to famines around the world especially in our region.

This problem couldn't be solved with money, which wouldn't be of any use when famine strikes and there was no bread available, which is the main food. In Sudan, which has seasonal rain areas that are good for planting wheat exceeding 200 million hectares, only a little of it has been used.

So the people have to aware of these dangers, and we must encourage merchants and the families of merchants, to make some of their people available, to aid in relief and agriculture projects. Today, merchants are the knights of these fields, so to save their nations from expected famines, we have to concentrate on these areas and avoid investing in less important matters. We can't think of investing in agriculture in these circumstances as requiring a lot of effort and only generating a small income if compared to other investments.
The situation today is not that merely one of profit or loss, but rather it's a matter of life or death. Taking into consideration that this kind of deal need insight, and to make deals that guarantee the rights of the investor, and not hinder his work, given that it's most important in investment work to be independent and that the state has no share in running it, Investment in Africa has produced some successful results, and others that were not assuch, and it all depends on our knowledge of the people of the countries where we invest. Some people do their best work outside their own countries, for reasons such as the inclusion of other energies in the work. They produce their best results in their own countries when others are brought in to assist with the work, where those outside experts manage the business.

Fifth:We must increase the awareness of the Muslims about the danger of using up their water wells, which are non-renewable. Instead a network of pipes should be built that connect these wells to the main water network to be used when necessary.
Finally:
I urge my Muslim brothers to do good deeds, and to do all they can to rescue those less fortunate in need and to alleviate their suffering. For when you alleviate the burden of a Believer in this world Allah will alleviate a burden from you on the Day of Judgment. So let's work towards that day, and let's consider what Allah, Glorified and Exalted, says:
"Establish worship, and pay the poor-due; and whatever of good ye send before (you) for your souls, ye will find it with Allah" [Surah al-Baqarah: 110]

May Allah reward you with the good, and I ask Allah's forgiveness. And Allah is Ever-Merciful, Oft-Forgiving
I ask Allah the All-Mighty, the Lord of the Noble Throne, to have mercy on the Muslim martyrs, whoever was killed fighting Jihad in the path of Allah, and those who drowned inthe floods. And that Allah make their graves easy for them, and to enter them into His Paradise, and to give their families recompense, for He is the only one who can do that.
I ask you Allah to preserve me from the loss of Your blessing, and the removal of your health bestowed on me, and the suddenness of your revenge, and all conditions in which you are not pleased,
Oh Allah: "Our Lord! Give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and defend us from the torment of the Fire!"[Surah al-Baqarah:201]
