This book which was written almost two hundred years ago is still as relevant today as it was then. In fact the issues raised in the book are probably more important today given that most of the Ummah are unaware of these rulings.

There is ijma that whoever helps the kuffar against the Muslims in any way, even if this is only through word of mouth, then this person is a kaffir like them.

Now what should be clear is that all the governments of the Muslim lands have aided the kuffar against the Mujahideen and they have allied with them and so this added to the fact that these governments rule by man made laws is clear proof that they are apostates.
